Low cost-After deducting the initial mold and development costs,
die casting has become one of the most cost-effective methods for
producing large numbers of parts.
Design freedom-thin-walled castings can provide a sheet metal-like
finish, with greater design flexibility. The die-casting process
can achieve complex surface details, and can be combined with the
use of sheet metal stamping parts or injection molded plastic to
connect bosses, lugs and structural features that cannot be
achieved.
Part integration-Because die casting can produce very complex
shapes with great precision, many features (such as bosses, heat
sinks and cores) can be integrated into one piece, thereby
improving quality and strength while reducing overall weight and
cost.
Grade A Surface-Yonglihao is one of the few die casting parts
manufacturers. We have mastered the design and manufacture of A
grade surface parts for automobiles that can be chrome-plated or

plastics while still operating effectively in high-temperature

Strength and weight-In the same size, die-cast aluminum parts have
higher strength than plastic injection molded parts. Combining
functional parts instead of adding functional parts in a separate
operation can reduce assembly time, improve quality and increase
strength.
Multiple surface treatment technologies-The aluminum die castings
we produce have smooth or textured surfaces, which can be easily
electroplated, coated or finished with minimal surface treatment.
Simplified assembly-Aluminum die-casting parts provide integral
fastening elements such as bosses and studs. Accurate coring
simplifies the tapping process. Thread integration in the mold
design phase eliminates additional fasteners for the assembly
process. The integrated lugs and bosses and register functions
further reduce the number of parts and improve assembly quality.
Alloy selection-select the aluminum alloy suitable for the
application, and design components to take advantage of the
characteristics of the alloy and the die-casting process, so that
OEMs can obtain all the advantages of aluminum in many

Corrosion resistance-In applications requiring high resistance to
corrosive environments, aluminum has a clear advantage over other
materials. When combined with the correct coating technology,
aluminum parts provide the best overall durability against salt,
water and UV damage.

provide complex shapes with more precise tolerances than many other
mass production processes. Little or no machining is required, and
thousands of identical castings can be produced before additional
tools are required.
